Tom Braun has over 30 years of sales leadership experience in the food industry, and has been recruiting in the food and CPG industries for over 10 years.
As Vice President Sales & Marketing at Domino Foods (Domino Sugar, C&H Sugar and Florida Crystals), he led the consumer products sales, with revenue over $750 million and a team of sales and marketing professionals across the country. His team successfully grew the sales volume, market share and profitability on sales to the supermarket, natural food, club, drug, mass, dollar, internet and alternate channels. He launched a variety of new value-added products including Domino Demerara Sugar, Domino Organic Sugar, and C&H Organic Sugar.
Earlier, Tom sold bulk sugar and specialty ingredients for 20+ years to many of the largest food manufacturing companies in the U.S. including Mars, Kraft, Nestle, Kellogg, and General Mills.
Tom also had leadership roles in implementing technology (SAP, RFID, TPM) and business process change to enhance the effectiveness of the supply chain.
Tom was actively involved with GMA (Grocery Manufacturers of America) for many years, was an Instructor of The Dale Carnegie Course for over 25 years, and is currently a member of Naturally Boulder.
